.pot and .po files re-generated

Updated projects_helper by renaming 'project_list_column_body' to 'plan_list_column_body'. updated references to that code block. moved hard-coded 'Unknown' to locale files. Added tests for projects_helper

unit tests for notes and answers. addded new validator to check whether the question's template matches the plans template

resolved merge conflicts

merged final_schema changes into visibility

extracted plan visibility work out of dev branch for PR to DCC

switched visibility over to an enum. updated the project objects accordingly. Added some more unit tests. Updated locale files with visibility text

fixed functional tests on static_pages controller

finsihed adding visibility to project details page as radio button options. Updated public DMPs page to work with new visibility and moved it to the static pages controller since it falls outside of normal security. Updated all locale files accordingly

Added locale specific column headers for new visibility column. Made the new column NOT a default

Added logic to display the correct visibility based on whether the project is_test or is_public or neither

updated locale files so that helpers.yes and helpers.no work. Those are yaml keywords so they must be quoted (e.g. 'yes': 'Oui' instead of yes: 'Oui'). Added is_public and is_test checkboxes to projects edit/create forms

Added magic strings and identifier schemes to new ES locale file. Updated names of magic string categories so that they match the table names

replaces Organisation. with Org. in all files

added a initialization helper to assist with omniauth provider registration. Added a remove.png image for disconnecting providers from user accounts

Added new ORCID field to the export pages

Had to remove code that was building devise omniauth connections dynamically. The timing of when the rails engine builds the routes and the models is not conducive to this approach

renamed layout partials to remove reference to dmponline. Updated configurations so that the code default assets are stored in lib/assets and any instance specific versions would be stored within app/assets. Move static page content out of the large locales files and placed examples of them into config/locales/static_pages

Added tests for the new omniauth functionality

Removed logo from identifier_schemes db table and added it to yaml locales. Added more entries for to the locales for oauth. Added red 'x' removal link for oauths on profile page. updated registrations controller so that users hitting the oauth handler that are not already signed in are brought to a registration page with a new user record that is connected to the oauth identifier

resolved rebase merge conflicts

Updated locale files with proper labels for the plan export screen

updated application controller so that a user is redirected to the main landing page when then try to access a secure page when not logged in. Added the corresponding locale messages that will be displayed when this happens

setup dynamic omniauth provider structures and tied it into devise
