Changed madmp_fragment create & update process

Solved issue with fragment modal saving

Fragment form now submits to the fragment controller

Fix to the linked fragment list refresh

Added readonly support, still needs to impletement readonly for modals

Dynamic forms should use schema_id instead of classname

Fixed research output display for readonly users

Research Output list should be updated according to the informations filled in the fragment modal

Solved issue with fragment saving deleting research_output_id in research_output fragments

Research outputs are now created remotely & research output fragment is now edital through modal

Renamed StructuredAnswer => MadmpFragment & StructuredDataSchema => MadmpSchema
